Ingredients

  • 1 plain rice cake
  • 2 tablespoons natural almond butter
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 of Lucy™ Glo Apple
  • 2 teaspoons stevia-sweetened white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils
  • edible rose gold sprinkles

Directions

  1. Mix together almond butter (it’s best if it’s drippy) and vanilla protein powder, and spread it generously onto rice cake. Slice those beautiful apples and layer on top of almond butter.
  2. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top of apples. Sprinkle on pomegranate, and top with rose gold sprinkles.
  3. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for 5 minutes and then eat up! Feel the Glo!
