Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 Lucy™ Rose Apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cashew butter

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder and collagen. Fold in apples and almonds.
  2. On a small cutting board or plate covered in parchment paper, scoop mixture in 2-tablespoons sized “bombs”.
  3. Stir together cashew butter and 1/2 scoop protein powder. Swirl over each yogurt bomb. Top with more toasted almonds, small chopped Lucy apples.  Freeze for at least one hour. Enjoy!
  4. Store in the freezer in a freezer-safe container and enjoy within a week!
