Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Cherries
Chelan Fresh2020-08-13T17:49:32+00:00Recipe by: Leslie Bonici Yield: 6 servings INGREDIENTS 1 pound thinly sliced Brussels sprouts 1/2 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced 22 cherry halves 18 walnut halves Salt to taste Coarsely ground pepper to taste 22 cherry halves INSTRUCTIONS Place Brussels sprouts, onions, cherry halves, and walnuts in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Drizzle on the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
